Human Chattel

Where were you when John F. Kennedy was shot? Where were you on 9/11? If you were there, at those moments in time, you know the answer to these questions - but instead ask yourself; where were you when you allowed yourself to be enslaved?

“Oh, I am not a slave!”
“No? Are you sure?”

A dictionary would define slave as a person who is the legal property of another/others and bound to absolute obedience, human chattel (movable possession) or a helpless victim to or of some dominating influence (like alcohol or drugs).

Freedom is defined, according to a dictionary, as personal liberty, non-slavery, independence of fate and necessity, liberty of action and as the right to do.
