United we sleep, divided we dream!

In the beautiful song Hey You by Pink Floyd Roger Waters sings:

"Together we stand, divided we fall!

And in a world where we still build walls instead of tearing them down it is a fitting description, but what can the sollution be? How can we avoid the fall, or more so why can't we work together in order to avoid the fall? The reason is none of us are on the same agenda. Here diversity is our enemy. Although Roger Waters is right in what he sings a more fitting description of the human race would be:
