The MUSIC of the SPHERES

For all of you not schooled in Alchemy or Astrology the following might be codswallop*, but hopefully you’ll find it interesting all the same.
There are seven (sometimes 10, 12 or 14) stages of transmutation i.e. turning lead into gold (or as I like to see it turning yourself into a living God from being a sleeping zombie). Each stage is connected to a planet. Each planet is connected to a tone. Now if all this is assembled we get a table that shows what the musical note of each alchemical stage might be:

Visita Saturn Fa F
Interiora Jupiter Sol G
Terrae Mars Do C
Rectificando Sun Re D
Invenies Venus La A
Occultum Mercury Mi E
Lapidem Moon Ti B

So what the heck is this good for? Well I haven’t experimented sufficiently to answer that yet but my theory is that if music has healing powers wouldn’t it be good to try and find out exactly what each note can heal? Let me also add the notes for the Trinity:

Holy Ghost (body) Salt F
Son (soul) Sulphur C
Father (spirit) Mercury E

Let me also point out that I find it interesting that the tone for the Sun is Re since Re is the name of the Egyptian sun god, but coincidences can happen. If anyone wonders how I compiled these tables they are the result from such brains as Pythagoras, Manly P. Hall, H.P. Blavatsky and Dennis W. Hauck (let’s give credit where credit is due).
